Root heating for plants
In winter months production of fresh produce normally shrink with up to 70% due to the cold weather. Once plant-roots has been submitted to temperatures below 14°C for more than 3 consecutive days, the plants will go into hibernation and it will take up to 6 weeks of good weather to recover.
We have a solution available which will ensure that your production stays close to 100% throughout the winter by keeping the roots of the plants at optimum temperatures that prevent them from going into hibernation.
Our unique root heating solutions have been proven to be the most cost effective way of upping production in winter with your capital payback normally within one season.
